Ad Rotator Script

I currently use a Javascript ad rotator on a website (www.theprojectcharity.org) and would like to use the same script in the right sidebar sponsor section of the blog for the site where we use the Lifestyle theme (www.theprojectcharity.org/blog). We have tried adding the script and the new location link works, however the ad rotator does not. Any ideas how we can use this Javascript?
