Default placing different language in tabs

I would like to place a chinese translation of each page title in each tab of the menu below the english title....is this possible?

For example: "About Us" tab in the menu would have "????" below it. At the moment i can simply copy paste the chinese word next to the english ones, but i would like to know if the chinese characters can appear below the english.

also, if this were possible...how would i be able to change the color of the chinese characters...example: about us in white and ???? in orange???

thanks you. i really appreciate the help!
