Default Strange smiley face at box at the bottom of my page

Hey Guys,

I viewed my site with Internet Explorer today on another computer ( I use a Mac) and noticed that at the very bottom of the page there was a icon or image of a smile next to a a large white rectangle (the same width as the body of the theme).

Anyone experience this and know how to fix it? I don't have this issue when I use Firefox on my Mac.
