Permalinks

I had set my permalinks to a custom name (so that the name of the pages would show up instead of the default ?=page#), but when I did, I could no longer view my posts. How can I fix it so that both the page names and posts show correctly?

I've reset them to the default settings for now - http://www.ahopefulromantic.com
