linking images on my footer to a URL

Hi

I have some logo's that I would like to be able to link to actual URL's on a footer at the bottom of a site I am working on
http://www.redroadflats.org.uk - is there anyway I can do this? The images are part of the footer background and not individual images...Im not sure how to do this any other way....

any help would be grand,,,
