show full post on front page

I will be removing the FCG and putting up a full size featured post. I want the graphics and full body copy to be seen,(Similar to how a 'page' displays) not just the preview pict and a few lines as it does now at default.

I've tried a few things i've read on some other posts but didnt work. I just need it for this one front page post, not all.
