wp-post thumbnail plugin

Guys

I would like to use this plugin in the lifestyle theme in attempt to avoid photoshop and too many custom field entries.

I understand the basics of the plugin but I don't know which files to edit to for the different image types e.g. for the thumbnail in the featured category and within the post itself - where would I edit the code?

Could someone please help me?
