problem with robots.txt file

Hi guys.

I have problem with my robots.txt and its showing like this:

User-agent: *
Disallow:

Sitemap: http://beautytips4her.com/sitemap.xml.gz

I tried to to generate new robots.txt but I dont
know how to download it and save the robots.txt file and upload to my site's top-level directory.

Any insights will be much appreciated.
