Default Solved - I have problem with text alignment in the sidebar

Hi
On my i have moved the right featured content to the sidebar , i have also created a class in style.css and added the class to the div content so the text should be more to the left
The problem is that default div p overide my class i created and i cant find out what im doing wrong, i have checked the sidebar.php and added <div class="sidebar2 p"> but in firebug i got grey out my class

New class
.sidebar2 p {
margin: 0px;
padding: 0px 0px 0px 10px;
}

Default div
#sidebar p {
margin:0;
padding:0 0 0 45px;
