Default A bit inconsiderate...

Hello...

As you know, shortly after I purchased your entire suite of themes for a whopping $399, you decided to give them all away free as open source, which sucked inasmuch as the themes - or knock-offs of them - started showing up everywhere, severely diminishing my purchase.

Subsequently, you must have changed your mind, because I received an email similar to the one I received today that was asking for my purchase information and stating there would be a new area for people that had actually paid. So I replied to that with your requested information.

Somewhere along the way you changed the name, as when I paid, it was to Brian Gardner Media, LLC (bmg1227@hotmail.com). So I guess I'm wondering at this point how many times we will have to go through this sort of thing, and what exactly you could retroactively do to "protect the integrity of the original Revolution Themes and its Members" when they are already all over the net.

I considered posting gripes around the net to see if others felt ripped off, but I thought you might create some new product that didn't look like the same old themes shuffled around with a new color; that would have made my purchase not seem like a waste of money. Unfortunately, the only new product that has materialized from the wait is YOUR website and branding.

I hope you will consider my comments and look at the situation from outside in. If you do, you will know that I would appreciate whatever you may do to try and compensate customers like myself. In any event, it would be nice if you retained the information you have requested today, as it only adds insult to injury when I have to dig out information that you clearly should be maintaining yourself.

Most Sincerely,

Anthony Noe
