Dropdown menu alignement issue

Hi,

Currently working on a website using the Corporate theme, I have come across a small problem of alignment of the dropdown menu in the Navbar. IE aligns it correctly but Safari and Firefox have a 2px glitch in horizontal and vertical alignment. Anyone came accross the same issue and found a solution?
