Dumb Video Question

OK, I'm totally missing something here. I added the YouTube code to the "Options" page, set the 300 x 250 like normal, but nothing shows up. I thought maybe it was because I had the Google Adsense 300 x 250 code in there, so I took that out, still nothing. What am I missing? Thanks.
