How can I create a Table and How to Center Small Images

Greetings all and Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

Question - I want to create a photo gallery with the names of my team leaders under their pictures.

No matter what I do the photos end up every which way.

- YES, I center the pictures

- YES I put
or

or[*] I've tried all three

- NO I can not make the pictures big enough to take up the whole space, I need to post 40 pictures.

QUESTION..... What suggestions do you have for me to be able to CENTER my photos at small image size
and type their names below their photos?

HOW can I make a table with 4 columns and 20 Rows?
