Switch to Feedburner

I did look through the general forums and didn't see this question, so sorry if it's been discussed.
I've switched to Feedburner for my RSS and email feeds and placed their code in a widget. So does this mean that all previous subscribers will now get their feeds through feedburner or do I need to do something else to override the WP RSS feed?
