Default How to add a "sub page" in the subnavbar?

I don't know if I've done this correctly. I created an About Me page, then excluded it from appearing on the Nav Bar as it links directly from the About Me widget on the top right of the page.

But now that I've worked with this a bit, I decided that it would be nice to include it in a direct link in the subnavbar, so I've edited my header.php file to include it. That part works well.

But I also have a "testimonials" page that I've set up to be a child of the About Me page. How can I add it as a submenu to the subnavbar under the About Me?

Thanks!
