Sub Nav bar and Category Order

Hello good evening!, I'm Arturo, newbie here but I have to say, thanks for this themes, they absolutely rock!

My theme is here: http://busca-tu-medico.com

I have a question, how can I order the categories on the Sub Nav? I just want one first, then another one second, etc, on the document I have this:
