Issues w/ Revolution Code Red & IE

My blog, http://www.thehumanfactorblog.com/, looks and works great in Firefox 3.5.4 & Chrome, but doesn't load properly in IE. Given that IE is the primary browser for the majority of users, I'm trying get this fixed ASAP. I'm looking for suggestions.
