DM Album (Photo Gallery)

Has anyone used DM Album on their wordpress blog template?

Here it tell you how to put in a gallery. I have uploaded a file with images but it doesn't seem to work. Only the physical template of the gallery works, no photos!

It's giving me the jee-bees as I cannot figure out how the hell to upload a gallery or images!
