One of the coolest features of the Agent theme is the ability to select either a blog post or featured property layout for the posts that you write.

Make sure you upload and activate the post-templates.php plugin file into your wp-content/plugins/ directory on your server. Do not leave the plugins folder with that file inside your theme folder on your server. This is a new to version 3.0 and allows users the ability to be notified if there are any updates to the plugin.

In case you want to make any changes to the featured property post template, you can do so by editing the listing.php file that is found in your theme's folder.

In terms of publishing a featured property post, all you need to do is select which post template you would like to use on each post and once you publish it, your post will display with the template you've selected. By default, the theme will display all posts in the blog format. To write a featured property, simply select it from the drop down as shown below and enter the appropriate property details as well.
