Adding a "Read More..." Button - Removing "Tagged"

Adding a "Read More..." Button - Removing "Tagged"

Quick question I hope.

Check out this page.

Shows some sample listings. Some get cut off abruptly and there is no way to see more unless I click the title.
Is there a way to have it always add "Click here for more info..." or "check out this listing" or "read more..." after every synopsis posted?

2) Is there a point to the Tagging on that page? Should I be tagging things or should we just remove that all together.
