[Read more] and Sociable plugin

Can anyone recommend a good equivalent plugin to sociable?
I've got the sociable [read more] bug with my theme so i need an alternative. I'm using the page.php to show some text and then recent posts and the [read more] links all point back to the page rather than the post permalink.
At the moment i've disabled sociable from showing on pages but i really want it to show on my other pages and there is no option to just isolate one particular page.
