Removing Right Column/Page Title from Single Page

Hi,

I'm trying to find a way to remove all of the right column information (login, links, categories, etc.) from a single page of my template. Also, I'd like to remove the page title - or at least make it invisible - from a single page. Is that possible?

I want just the gallery to be there and everything below it - except for the footer - to be gone. I'm pretty dumb so please talk to me as though I'm a complete idiot.
