Nav bar and sub navbar

On my home page I will like the lefthand colum to show the recent post from each subnav bar topic ( right now it shows 3: Celebrity News, Video Games, and dating.) How can I get all of them.

And I want to do the same thing for the middle colum but I want it to show the topics from the navbar not the sub nav bar?
