Cant Add Tags and More

For some reason when I add a new post the text is invisable unless I high light it there are no add a link options or text color or sizing options, I also cant add tags to the posts or add a new catagorie when I create posts and clicking on the add image to post doesnt work either, http://911-fitness.com/
