Update search button functionality

Hi :D

I am using WordPress 2.8.4.

My site is http://www.australian-real-estate.net.au/investing/

The search engine is very good at the moment and searches posts and pages. However if I search property I get hundreds of pages.

Does WP 2.8.4 have other other more sophisticated search engine options?

How can I improve my search engine?
