Default Changing "subscribe" button for "add this" button

HI all. I would like to change the "subscribe" button in the navbar for a "add this" button. How could I go about tweaking the code to include it (taking into account that my skills are quite limited)?

The code for the add this button is:
Code:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://s7.addthis.com/js/250/addthis_widget.js#pub=xa-4ade375f08467f08"></script>
Thanks in advance for your kind help.

Erik
