Recent photos show as a link to a page instead of thum

Here is my site

My recent photo...I added a custom field of thumb and added a photo of
http://blog.tresbirdsphotography.com/wp ... inal27.jpg

and instead of showing a thumb of that image...it show words Watt Family and if you click on it will just go to that posting

Any help would be great.
