"streamline theme options" are broken!

So... my "streamline theme options" will not save. Previously, only two posts were showing in the "featured posts" on the main page... however NOW three are showing making too many characters and the limit funciton is breaking a link.. causing all the elements below the "featured posts" section to not display....

I have tried deactivating and reactivating the theme.

when i go to theme options and save them a small message appears saying "options saved" but all the fields revert to empty...
