Solved my Featured Gallery Loading Problem

Solved my Featured Gallery Loading Problem

I wanted to share what has worked for me. I have managed to solve my Featured Gallery loading problem.

I was getting just this black screen with the loading bar and nothing else.

I then found that inside Settings>Featured Content Gallery I had named the Category Name as something else, whereas I had set up a category called "Featured" in my posts.

You have to make sure that the category name inside Settings>Featured Content Gallery is also filled in as "Featured". When I made this small correction it works beautifully.
