Site Blocked By School District

I built this site - clearconceptions.org/nhsr - using the LifeStyle 2.0 theme. The site is meant to be used by Nevada students, but is not loading correctly at Las Vegas schools. I talked to the tech guy with the district and he said they are not blocking the site itself, but that there is something within the site that is causing it to not load correctly through the school filters.

The site was working last year on district computers. I deactivated plugins that I had installed between now and when I know the site was working last. Still no go. If anyone has any ideas what isn't jiving with the district filters, I'm all ears.
