How Do I Replace My Feedburner with AWeber in the Subscribe

Under my subscribe section on my blog I would like to set that up with Aweber instead of feedburner. How would I go about doing this? Is it just a matter of switching out some code? Thanks. . . www.ThePinkFlamingo.info
