Add 2nd category to 'homepage left' & 'homepage middle'

I'm guessing it is possible but how difficult is it to add a second category to be displayed on the Homepage under either or both the div class="homepageleft" and div class="homepagemiddle" columns.

The site is http://creatingwinninghabits.com/
I would like to have underneath 'Why Us' and 'Why Winning Habits' another category. Eg. have the 'About Robyn' under 'Why Winning Habits' with its own Category Heading of 'About Robyn'.

Could you pls. provide details of how to go about this....
