Thumbnail - Not Hosted

Hello,

I'm generating auto-content from a software product that I'm using for a number of my posts. The content is derived from Amazon and other RSS feeds (such as from CJ).

That said, the thumbnails are hosted on another site.

How can I automatically generate these thumbnails where the images are hosted elsewhere?

Any and all suggestions are massively appreciated!!
