Supported Version Question

Hello,

I am trying to figure out if the lifestyle theme will meet my needs. I would like to have a tribute site for veterans.

Having pics sent in to me and posting them. Is this going to be possible with this theme. I obviously need help if this is the case, so I will be upgrading to the supported version if this theme is suitable. I really love this theme !
