Text showing outside of home page containers

Hi All,

I am very new to this and just in the process of formatting my new site http://www.thewizardofweightloss.com

I have just set the categories for my home page containers and when I added some test posts to check the layout I notice that the text is running outside of the boxes/containers?

How can I correct this?
