what is the best theme to create a series of travel sites..

Hi there.
I am looking to create a series of travel sites based on a country and the cities within that country as well as having sites for that country and city which will show a feed of travel related content eg: hotel reservations, flights etc.

any thoughts on the best way to achieve this.
