Avoiding Duplication of Tabber feature

If I have the first "Review" in the Tabber, and I want to include Reviews in the hpleft feature column, is there a way to get it to not duplicate that first review?

Take a look at http://www.cinemalogue.com and see how the most recent movie review appears both in the tabber and the Movie Reviews column below the Featured article.
