How can I get Chruch theme 4.0 upgrade?

Hi guys,
I cannot find anywhere how to upgrade from the Chruch theme 3.0 to 4.0
Could you please point me out to a download link or area?
Also, should I face any incompatibility issues when upgrading or wold that be a seamless transition?
