default theme page back ground color

default theme page back ground color

When I look at my website on my computer it looks fine with the blue border framing the site. When I look on some other computers the blue back ground runs into the site and over writes the white. it looks terrible. I think it may be a web browser issue since its inconsistent from computer to computer. Any ideas?
