Help me choose the right Theme

My next project is a site for an Embroidery teacher (lol).
She wants a blog/site with, after the normal stuff (who, contact etc), pages for Portfolio (with subpages for every tecniques), Lessons (these will be either public or private, also for every tecniques), news posts etc.
Which themes in your opinion could be the best to suit her needs?
