Turning Comments off Causes Problems - Singe Post

Hello,

I have been trying to turn comments of individual blog posts and for some reason when I do it makes the main blog page disappear and then moves my sidebar to the bottom of the post, etc.

Any idea why this is doing this and how I can fix it?
