add custom bullet points

Hello, I'd like to add custom bullet points to all pages & posts to this site http://delicioushealthblog.com/

Instead of the square or disc bullet, i'd like it to be an image. I've created an image that is 10px x 10px and placed it in the lifestyle images folder.

I've searched for an answer to this and come up with nothing so far. Any help you could give would be much appriciated.
