Hover Font Color

Hi,

I had my site set up so that the header and footer font were yellow, and turned blue when you hovered over the links. I don't know what I did, but the header doesn't do that anymore - the links stay yellow even when I hover. (The footer still works fine.) It seems so simple, but I can't see the problem on the style sheet. Any suggestions?
