I need help! on lifestyle magazine! I have a problem the posts!

I have posted an article, once I have click on [Read more of this review] on the post!
and it will appear like this:

Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/kohorn/public_html/wp-content/themes/lifestyle_40/tools/breadcrumbs.php on line 59

i need help! in fixing this up! okay! I will wait for your reply!
