Help... Read More Links Redirect

Arggg...

My read more links is going to my latest posts now.

Can someone please advise-

My site is http://www.successrei.com and if you look on the left - you'll see a post I made several weeks/ months ago with a read more link that when clicked on is directed to my last posts.
