Default Changed Image sizes and now home page thumb no longer working

Hello All.
I just changed the image sizes for posts to some larger sizes to fill the post better. I changed the medium image from 300x300 to 580x580 and now the Thumb nail image on the home page will not display at all.
Not sure what one has to do with the other, but I can use some help understanding what is now going on.

My site is at www.9magazine.com

As you will see the last post from today shows the larger image size but when I use the file URL and THUMB command - I get a red X instead of the image as normal.
Please HELP!!! Thank you in advance!
