Best Word Press Website Building Instructions?

Where can I find easy instructions to build my website using wordpress before I deal with using a purchased theme from your wonderful and generous company?

I know about WORDPRESS FOR DUMMIES but do you have a source on the web I can go to that is free? Anyone found any useful tutorials on any websites?

Do the website building instructions come with the theme we purchase?
