If you are looking to create an archive page on your website, following the steps you see below. Here's an example of what an archives page looks like.

Step #1
Go to your WordPress dashboard, and select write page.

Step #2
Select the Archives Page template from the drop down menu under the Page Template section.

Step #3
Publish your page.

You can see an example of where to find that setting in your WordPress dashboard below:
