Default Client Brok Site By Changing URL To A Completely Different URL Under Settings

Hi,

Please help. My client wanted to forward the site to another url. So instead of talking to me, he went into the Wordpress theme and went to Settings. Under settings
where you have the URL for the site he put in a completely different URL thinking that would forward the whole site to the new URL. Now, I can't even log in.

This is what comes up when I try to log in:
"Not Found The requested URL /wp-login.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

I use Dreamweaver, so is there a way for me to access the page and delete the URL he entered? I have tried deleting and uploading a new http://www.gottagetagimmick.com/wp-a...ns-general.php page and it still didn't help.

What can I do? Please help. They have a show coming up soon.

Thank you so much.

Julie
