Site displays incorrectly in IE

My site appears correctly in Safari and FF, but the layout breaks apart in IE 5.5, 6, and 8. It appears fine in IE 7 and I know 8 is in beta. How can I correct these issues to the CSS.

The issues are:

1) the homeright box is shifting off to the right by some pixels,

2) the homepage sidebar is shifting down by about 10 pixels,

3) all of the buttons in the sidebar are shifting up in their boxes by some pixels.

I have included screenshots from browsershots.org as attachments.
